Public Consultation on the proposed Gating of Brackley Gate / Moor Lane under a Public Space Protection Order as part of the ASB Crime and Policing Act 2014.
The Council have recently released Public Consultation on the proposed Gating of Brackley Gate / Moor Lane under a Public Space Protection Order as part of the ASB Crime and Policing Act 2014.
The consultation can be found on the council's website under 'have your say' or by clicking the link here: https://www.erewash.gov.uk/index.php/community/consultations.html
The consultation will run for 6 weeks until Sunday 3 January 2021. It is imperative that residents, users of the area, owners of land in the vicinity and partners have the opportunity to be part of this consultation so the council can gather views on the proposed Order.
I would ask that you either take part in the consultation via the link above, or alternatively, provide written feedback and details directly to me by return email. I will accept these until the closing date of the online survey – 3rd January 2021.
For your information, the consultation will also be promoted through the council's social media channels, the website and also through temporary signs that will be placed in the local area (in the section that will be gated off should the Order be made).
Many thanks for your action and support,
