Free Walking Festival in Amber Valley and Erewash 14 - 29 September 2019

The wildflower verge has been a great success this year. Unfortunately the best was hidden by high grass where a cut was not made earlier this year. The second Morley Open Gardens event took place on Saturday and Sunday 6th and 7th July and appears to have been another resounding success. Morley Open Gardens – 6/7 July 2019 – in aid of St Matthews Church

The first planning meeting for the 2019 Morley Open Gardens was held at Morley Retreat on Monday 7th January. A good attendance, coupled with a number of emailed messages of support, means that the event will definitely go ahead this year. There are 19 gardens so far confirmed as taking part, but we could always do with some more.
